					Très bon séjour au Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza. Hôtel très agréable, moderne et bien décoré. Personnel sympathique et aux petits soins. Excellent et généreux petit-déjeuner.Seule nuance, les fenêtres ne sont pas suffisamment isolées, on entend la rue. Emplacement très pratique, on peut rayonner partout dans la ville!

					Very nice hotel. Easy check in with prosecco and ice water offered. I booked the deluxe room and had tons of space. View of the TV tower was an unexpected addition. Absolutely loved the location, near the U Bahn and around the corner from a grocery store where we got coffee and breakfast from every morning. Felt very safe and will 100% return.

					Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die elegante und individuelle Einrichtung, die angenehm aus dem Üblichen heraussticht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es in der B Note, der für uns jedoch nicht entscheidend war. Das Parkhaus ist eher für kleinere Fahrzeuge geeignet, mit einem größeren Auto sollte man etwas vorsichtig sein. Außerdem kostet die Nutzung der Sauna zusätzlich. Unser Tipp: Ein kleiner Aufpreis pro Nacht, in dem die Saunanutzung bereits enthalten ist, würde das Angebot noch attraktiver machen.

					Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonderen Dank nochmal an den Barkeeper. Super Job, mega freundlich und sehr Serviceorientiert auch außerhalb der Bar.Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kommt mit den öffentlichen eigentlich überall hin. Gerne wieder.

					Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Es wirkte fast familiär. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Gegend um den Alexanderplatz und die S/U-Bahn-Staionen und Bahnhöfe sind allerdings sehr herunter gekommen.das Hotel ist aber so schön, ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

					Fantastic room, huge with a separate bedroom area and 65inch TV with netflix - not that we needed it as the hotel was so close to everything we was never there. Right near the Alexandraplatz station with links everywhere. Lots and lots of great bars at the station, eating and music outside, hard to choose a favourite. Lots of cold beer! The train system was so easy learn. Took taxi on way in as not familiar with trains system but train back for E4.70 each and so easy to navigate and across road from hotel. So much to see and do all within walking or easy transport distance from the hotel. Big shopping centre within walking distance, supermarket across the street. Didn't have breakfast but bar area was very inviting and seating outside. Was very pretty. Room had big bathroom with good water pressure. Bed exceptionally comfy as were pillows. Lighting was very ambient but could just about read at night so really nice. Huge windows that opened. Coffee pods replaced daily. Cleanest room I think I have ever stayed in. I am OCD but didn't feel I needed to wipe anything. Couldn't fault this hotel from price, check-in, lifts, security, noise levels, cleanliness, comfort to check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay there on any future visits.

					Great location and nice hotel overall.||Staff interaction was zero; I checked in late using the self service kiosk and no staff around in reception, checked out using the online link but again no staff.||The room was immaculately clean, a solo with a view of the TV Tower. It was compact as expected, and had to duck so as not to hit my head on the sloping ceiling, but I’d seen the photos when booking so expected that. The bathroom was also small as expected for a solo but the shower was massive.||Nespresso machine was provided and refills given daily. Slippers were provided but no dressing gown as advertised; I didn’t ask as I wasn’t fussed and was just using the hotel as a base eating out for every meal - out early and back late as so much to see in three days.||The main downside was there is just one lift in the hotel, it’s slow and for the number of rooms woefully inadequate. I found it easier to take the stairs in the morning but getting back at late I’d settle in for the long lift wait, tired feet from traipsing around Berlin.||Would I stay again? Yes I would. It suited me. If you’re looking for a luxury pampered experience this isn’t for you, but it was about £150 per night for pure city centre so was comfortable with that.

					Great location, central, close to public transport and many sights within walking distance… restaurant staff was SO kind and charming, front desk staff is trying their best but could do better, very unclear about the early check in which in the end was not even possible though we were there waiting a long time, room keys kept malfunctioning. 					Nice hotel a few minutes walk from Hackescher Markt station - easy transport from airport and walking distance to shopping and restaurants, museums. Basic double room quite small with no view but quiet with high ceilings, clean, everything in good condition. Fridge with mini bar stuff for sale. Good shower. Electric kettle, real glasses and cups. No temp control in room could get chilling even in summer. Towel rack doesn't have much heat so can't properly dry towels. Expensive breakfast. Secure luggage storage.

					מלון מעולה! מיקום מושלם! במרחק של דקה יש סופר מרקט וDM. בסמוך להאקשר מרקט , יש מסעדות שם (גם יש רכבת מהשדה תעופה) ובכלל תחבורה נגישה בנוסף מרחק הליכה מהמלון לאלכסנדרפלאץ וקניון אלכסה. האווירה טובה, חדר נוח היינו עם הילד בכורסא נפתחת. ממליצה בחום על המלון מגבות להניח על הרצפה כדי שיחליפו. כל יום מנקים את החדר ומחליפים מגבות. החדר בגודל סביר וידידותי, אפשר לשבת בלובי או בחוץ ולהנות מהבר שלהם.

					Great hotel with large rooms and beds in a very central location of Berlin. S-Bahn stop is very close but windows have great soundproofing. Zircon works okayish, probably more a challenge on a hotter day.We opted not to have the breakfast at the hotel since the asking price was EUR 29.00 which we felt is way too much however great it may be. All in all a highly recommended hotel with friendly staff and good service.

The location is fantastic, very close to public transport, and even walking distance to some of the places you’d want to see. My room was spotlessly clean & extremely comfortable and well appointed. 					Wir sind mit Hund angereist, der Monbijou Park ist in der Nähe.Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah am Hackerschen Markt und an der Spree.Viele Restaurants in den Nähe.Die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Der Barkeeper Tomm hat mir einen erstklassigen White Russin gezaubert und stilvoll serviert.Am Tablet hat er uns noch einen Weg erklärt.Beim Frühstück hat uns Yosar verwöhnt.Ein kleiner Smaltalk.Die beiden haben ihr Herz am rechten Fleck.Machen ihre Arbeit mit Liebe.Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

					The hotel is very convenient for the trams, trains, restaurants, bars and shops and the area is quiet.|The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.|The breakfast was very good and we used the hotel bar a couple of times too which was also very good|Our premium room felt a bit on the small side especially the bathroom |We arrived on a very hot day but when we turned the air-conditioning on it tripped the electric for the room. The staff kindly provided a fan and the windows could be opened. We tried it a couple of days later and the same thing happened so just used the fan after that and the weather cooled down so not a big issue. |Overall a pleasant stay and would book again but maybe book a bigger room

					Mein Zimmer lag zur Rosenstraße und war großzügig mit tea Tray und Schreibtisch. Lobby war großzügig mit bequemen Sesseln und einer guten Bar mit einem engagierten Barkeeper. Das Frühstück fand ich gut und qualitativ ansprechend. Ich würde wieder hinfahren.

					We had a truly lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — everything was within walking distance: great restaurants, cozy bars, the train station, and even the cathedral. 					Top Lage, nahe an mehreren Haltestellen verschiedener Linien. Zimmer sind hübsch, auch der kleine Fitnessraum und Spa-Bereich. Die Einzelzimmer mit Dachschräge sind etwas eng und ohne Arbeitsfläche. Mit dem Personal konnte aber nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Personal eine Lösung gefunden werden.

					Die Nähe zum Alexanderplatz ist einfach top. Wunderschönes, bequemes Zimmer in der 6.Etage. Vom Bett den Fernsehturm sehen :-). Ein klasse Frühstück, überaus freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal.

					Très bon séjour au Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza. Hôtel très agréable, moderne et bien décoré. Personnel sympathique et aux petits soins. Excellent et généreux petit-déjeuner.Seule nuance, les fenêtres ne sont pas suffisamment isolées, on entend la rue. Emplacement très pratique, on peut rayonner partout dans la ville!

					Very nice hotel. Easy check in with prosecco and ice water offered. I booked the deluxe room and had tons of space. View of the TV tower was an unexpected addition. Absolutely loved the location, near the U Bahn and around the corner from a grocery store where we got coffee and breakfast from every morning. Felt very safe and will 100% return.

					Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die elegante und individuelle Einrichtung, die angenehm aus dem Üblichen heraussticht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es in der B Note, der für uns jedoch nicht entscheidend war. Das Parkhaus ist eher für kleinere Fahrzeuge geeignet, mit einem größeren Auto sollte man etwas vorsichtig sein. Außerdem kostet die Nutzung der Sauna zusätzlich. Unser Tipp: Ein kleiner Aufpreis pro Nacht, in dem die Saunanutzung bereits enthalten ist, würde das Angebot noch attraktiver machen.

					Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonderen Dank nochmal an den Barkeeper. Super Job, mega freundlich und sehr Serviceorientiert auch außerhalb der Bar.Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kommt mit den öffentlichen eigentlich überall hin. Gerne wieder.

					Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Es wirkte fast familiär. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Gegend um den Alexanderplatz und die S/U-Bahn-Staionen und Bahnhöfe sind allerdings sehr herunter gekommen.das Hotel ist aber so schön, ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

					Fantastic room, huge with a separate bedroom area and 65inch TV with netflix - not that we needed it as the hotel was so close to everything we was never there. Right near the Alexandraplatz station with links everywhere. Lots and lots of great bars at the station, eating and music outside, hard to choose a favourite. Lots of cold beer! The train system was so easy learn. Took taxi on way in as not familiar with trains system but train back for E4.70 each and so easy to navigate and across road from hotel. So much to see and do all within walking or easy transport distance from the hotel. Big shopping centre within walking distance, supermarket across the street. Didn't have breakfast but bar area was very inviting and seating outside. Was very pretty. Room had big bathroom with good water pressure. Bed exceptionally comfy as were pillows. Lighting was very ambient but could just about read at night so really nice. Huge windows that opened. Coffee pods replaced daily. Cleanest room I think I have ever stayed in. I am OCD but didn't feel I needed to wipe anything. Couldn't fault this hotel from price, check-in, lifts, security, noise levels, cleanliness, comfort to check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay there on any future visits.

					Great location and nice hotel overall.||Staff interaction was zero; I checked in late using the self service kiosk and no staff around in reception, checked out using the online link but again no staff.||The room was immaculately clean, a solo with a view of the TV Tower. It was compact as expected, and had to duck so as not to hit my head on the sloping ceiling, but I’d seen the photos when booking so expected that. The bathroom was also small as expected for a solo but the shower was massive.||Nespresso machine was provided and refills given daily. Slippers were provided but no dressing gown as advertised; I didn’t ask as I wasn’t fussed and was just using the hotel as a base eating out for every meal - out early and back late as so much to see in three days.||The main downside was there is just one lift in the hotel, it’s slow and for the number of rooms woefully inadequate. I found it easier to take the stairs in the morning but getting back at late I’d settle in for the long lift wait, tired feet from traipsing around Berlin.||Would I stay again? Yes I would. It suited me. If you’re looking for a luxury pampered experience this isn’t for you, but it was about £150 per night for pure city centre so was comfortable with that.

					AMAZING staff and service. When I went to check in at the reception desk, the person apologized for making me wait probably one minute? And then served me a glass of prosecco. That felt so nice. 					Nice hotel a few minutes walk from Hackescher Markt station - easy transport from airport and walking distance to shopping and restaurants, museums. Basic double room quite small with no view but quiet with high ceilings, clean, everything in good condition. Fridge with mini bar stuff for sale. Good shower. Electric kettle, real glasses and cups. No temp control in room could get chilling even in summer. Towel rack doesn't have much heat so can't properly dry towels. Expensive breakfast. Secure luggage storage.

					מלון מעולה! מיקום מושלם! במרחק של דקה יש סופר מרקט וDM. בסמוך להאקשר מרקט , יש מסעדות שם (גם יש רכבת מהשדה תעופה) ובכלל תחבורה נגישה בנוסף מרחק הליכה מהמלון לאלכסנדרפלאץ וקניון אלכסה. האווירה טובה, חדר נוח היינו עם הילד בכורסא נפתחת. ממליצה בחום על המלון מגבות להניח על הרצפה כדי שיחליפו. כל יום מנקים את החדר ומחליפים מגבות. החדר בגודל סביר וידידותי, אפשר לשבת בלובי או בחוץ ולהנות מהבר שלהם.

					Great hotel with large rooms and beds in a very central location of Berlin. S-Bahn stop is very close but windows have great soundproofing. Zircon works okayish, probably more a challenge on a hotter day.We opted not to have the breakfast at the hotel since the asking price was EUR 29.00 which we felt is way too much however great it may be. All in all a highly recommended hotel with friendly staff and good service.

					The hotel is very convenient for the trams, trains, restaurants, bars and shops and the area is quiet.|The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.|The breakfast was very good and we used the hotel bar a couple of times too which was also very good|Our premium room felt a bit on the small side especially the bathroom |We arrived on a very hot day but when we turned the air-conditioning on it tripped the electric for the room. The staff kindly provided a fan and the windows could be opened. We tried it a couple of days later and the same thing happened so just used the fan after that and the weather cooled down so not a big issue. |Overall a pleasant stay and would book again but maybe book a bigger room

					Mein Zimmer lag zur Rosenstraße und war großzügig mit tea Tray und Schreibtisch. Lobby war großzügig mit bequemen Sesseln und einer guten Bar mit einem engagierten Barkeeper. Das Frühstück fand ich gut und qualitativ ansprechend. Ich würde wieder hinfahren.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — everything was within walking distance: great restaurants, cozy bars, the train station, and even the cathedral. It made exploring Berlin so easy and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Okan and Mr. Yaşar, who took such good care of us throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Fantastic hotel with an attentive, responsive staff centrally located to all the best attractions. This is the third time I have visited Berlin and this was one of the best experiences.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die elegante und individuelle Einrichtung, die angenehm aus dem Üblichen heraussticht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es in der B Note, der für uns jedoch nicht entscheidend war. Das Parkhaus ist eher für kleinere Fahrzeuge geeignet, mit einem größeren Auto sollte man etwas vorsichtig sein. Außerdem kostet die Nutzung der Sauna zusätzlich. Unser Tipp: Ein kleiner Aufpreis pro Nacht, in dem die Saunanutzung bereits enthalten ist, würde das Angebot noch attraktiver machen.

Our restaurant offers a generous breakfast buffet in the morning. At lunchtime and in the evening, you can enjoy a selection of snacks and light meals in our bar.

Where can I smoke?

Our hotel is non-smoking. You can smoke in the roofed area at the entrance.

Yes, we are happy to provide an additional bed for a fee. Baby beds for our youngest guests are free.

How do I reach the Classik® Hotel Alexander Plaza from the airport (BER)?

There are several ways to reach us from the airport:
Take the S9 from Berlin Airport (BER) towards Spandau and alight at Hackescher Markt station. You need an ABC ticket. The journey time is approximately 50 minutes.

We offer a shuttle service for a fee.

A taxi costs approximately EUR 65.

What is the easiest way to see the sights in Berlin?

The hotel is a short walk from Berlin’s most popular sights. You can also take a tour of the city by public transport on bus line 100. The bus stops close to the hotel and at Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Großer Stern and Victory Column. It terminates at the zoo.
